About ORACLE Religious Association

ORACLE Religious Association (O.R.A.), based in Washington, DC, was
founded in 1992. ORACLE is a non-profit, tax-exempt, Christian, charitable
organization with a 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) status. It was envisioned by its
founder, Dr. Oralisa Martin that this organization would exist for the purpose
of providing new opportunities and life changing experiences for both adults
and youth. Its primary purpose is ministry within Christ's Church and the
larger community. ORACLE identifies the pressing needs of people both
personally and collectively, creates and executes programs to address those
needs, and remains on the cutting edge for new and innovative ways to serve.

ORACLE enriches the quality of life of its participants by providing them with
life-changing experiences that foster their spiritual, educational, financial and
physical development. In 1996 ORACLE purchased its headquarters located at
6101 New Hampshire Avenue, NE Washington DC. It occupies four offices
with a cadre of professional volunteers, professors, and consultants who are
quite capable of meeting the challenges of a wounded world. From 1993 to the
present ORACLE Religious Association has extended its arm across the
