ORACLE National Summer Institute for Youth  ORACLE National Summer Institute for Youth is a daily, 17-day, residential, summer leadership program
that is designed for the Christian ethical and moral development for youth. The program embraces all youth, though African American in its design. The
Institute is composed of prayer services, workshops and seminars, field trips, recreation, a talent show and “eat-out” banquet. Youth need a deeper
relationship with Jesus Christ, and healthy friendships. They seek to understand who God is, their purpose in life, hope for tomorrow, good friends, an
end to violence and crime, fun and a fair chance at life. Youth grope for answers to the following 3 critical questions:  Who am I? Why am I here? And,
where am I going?

Jesus Christ and His Church. It is an Evangelization Movement destined by Christ to spread WWW.

The ORACLE BMW: Blind Men Witness The ORACLE BMW:  Blind Men Witness is a full day Men's Retreat.  It is designed to enrich the spiritual life of
Christian/ Catholic Men. The full Day of Reflection is based on the Biblical text, John 9: 1-41—"The Man Born Blind".  It consists of a powerful, healing
Prayer Service, followed by a Keynote Address based on John 9, testimonies, a “Letter to Jesus;” a Rock Meditation, a Water Meditation; and a Closing
Eucharistic Celebration. This program is a ministry on wheels, able to travel @ home and abroad. Its goal is to enable men to meet Jesus @ The Pool of
Siloam in order that they might see.  From the annointing on their eyes and the washing at the pool men participants recieve new sight, insight, and
vision.

ORACLE PPAC: Praying Parents of Adult Children ORACLE PPAC: Praying Parents of Adult Children is a Day of Reflection that enable grandparents,
parents and their adult children to enter into one another’s world. The Day of Reflection is based upon the Biblical text, Luke 15:11-32- "The Prodigal Son."

Goal: To bridge the gaps that exists between the world of the young adults, the world of their parents, and the world of the grandparents. Rational: Who
will hear the cry of the people? There appears to be three separate and foreign worlds at odds with one another: the world of young adult today, the world
of the parent and that of the grandparent. This separation has to be bridged. Parents have found it difficult, if not impossible, to enter into the world of
adult children and remain there for any given time. Grandparents (2 generations removed) raising youth today find it more difficult and challenging. The
language is different; the value system is different; the perspective on life is different. These differences contribute to broadening the gap among the three
worlds at odds with one another. Grandparents find themselves still raising their 18 to 40-year old children as well as their grandchildren

ORACLE Revival (Missions)  [Catholic term for Revival is Mission.] The ORACLE Revival is a four-night Evangelization Mission (Revival), extended to
the congregation.  Each night (3 hours per night) consists of Prayer, Gospel music, Scripture, “Evangelization Message,” a spirit-filled meditation for
forgiveness. Added are the Reconciliation (3rd night) and the Commissioning Rite (4th night). Here, members commit themselves to evangelize. A ORACLE
Revival is available at the request of the congregation or (arch) diocese. Each participating church receives an ORACLE packet when it contracts for a
revival.

ORACLE High School Retreat  ORACLE High School Retreat is a 2-day (12-hour) retreat of high school students (grades 9 to 12). The heterogeneous
group (male/female) consists or a 300 to 500 student body.  ORACLE provides a full ORACLE Retreat program (schedule and activities) to the teachers and
student body as well as train the faculty and student team to execute the activities. This relieves the campus ministers of the responsibility of program
design, faculty training, and execution of a Retreat. Moreover, ORACLE Retreats are ethnically and multi-culturally specific.  Its content addresses the needs
of the youth. It allows the youth to appropriate the Gospel of Christ from a specific ethnic and cultural perspective while simultaneously affirming their self-
worth and value to their families, school and communities.
ORACLE Religious Association, founded in 1992 and based in the District of Columbia, is a tax-exempt [(501 (c) (3) & 509(a)(1)], charitable, Christian
organization that serves adults, youth, children, and families from a national pool. The ministries (services) of ORACLE define its identity.
Approximately 90% of our participants (400,000) have reported life-changing experiences that through ORACLE have empowered them to improve the
quality of their lives. Low-income people, mainly youth, parents of youth and young adults who are in dire need for clarity of purpose for themselves
and the tools to execute their purpose in life, are being helped by our ORACLE services (ministries).
